Process

Our products are delivered turn-key. Installation comes without worries but not without consultation. After leaving the production process, the products are delivered and constructed in consultation with the customer. Valk Engineering has its own tools and equipment such as lifts, impact wrenches, torque wrenches, welding equipment and safety vests (harness)

The mechanical and electrical systems are assembled as far as possible and will be completely connected on-site so the customer is assured of a fully functioning system when handed over.

The final step of the process is testing. In the case of cranes this includes maximum load tests, functional tests and SAT- / VAT-tests using a checklist. And finally all the electrical-, network- and communication systems are checked.

When safety measures (fencing off) on the site are necessary, this must be arranged by the customer.
