Process

After the design proces the schematics and construction drawings are sent to the workshop.

With 18 years experience in mechanical and 35 years in electrical construction work, the construction of relatively small products can be done in our own mechanical workshop (300 m2) and electrical workshop (50 m2). Larger products are manufactured by reliable subcontractors.

Programming of the PLCs is done in-house (25 years experience).

During construction high grade steel and stainless steel are used. The welding and lathe work of small batches is done in-house. Conservation processes (blasting and coating) are customer-specific outsourced.

During construction the customer is kept informed regarding the process and the customer is free to come by for an inspection.

All products come with a 3 year warranty and are delivered under the terms and conditions of Metaalunie.

Possibilities

When desired cranes and critical welds can be inspected using x-rays by a specialized company.

Electrical installations can be inspected by Sterkin, where Valk Engineering BV is an (accredited) member of.

Existing constructions can, if desired, be removed and possibly be disposed of
